Which stages matter most on a Clyde build?
Frame and pre-handover if you can only afford two. Frame is the last look at structure before it is lined, and pre-handover is your last leverage before you accept keys. Slab pre-pour is the third, because nothing under concrete can be revisited.
What is not included in a stage inspection?
We inspect visually and by hand. We do not energise or test electrical work, pressure test plumbing, carry out destructive investigation, certify engineering or take soil samples. Those belong to the licensed trades, the engineer and your building surveyor.
Do you talk to the builder directly?
We write the report for you, and you send it. If your builder wants to discuss a finding, the inspector who attended will take the call.
