Joints and sealing
Walls, eaves, doors and windows needing sealing or filling was the single most repeated finding in our Clyde reports.
Brick mortar under sills

Construction debris left in gutters stops roof water reaching the downpipes.
Painting and finish
Minor paint defects marked with painter's tape are normal at PCI. What matters is that they are recorded and rectified.
